This Aeby's is fairly new. It has a large seating capacity and I love the Home/Country style of decor with warm wall hangings with sayings of virtue and grace and compassion. Very nicely done. The restaurant appears clean at first glance but taking a seat in the booth next to the West door was a little scary as it gave way, scooting and creaking. When I got up I made the mistake of putting my hand on the back of the booth and was greeted with a sticky mess. The rest rooms were clean and there were paper towels, not just air dyers... Thank you! I should have trusted my instincts when I saw there were only TWO people working the whole Arby's, one making food, the other trying to wait on the drive through window and the front counter. I ordered a simple classic Arby's roast beef with small fries and small drink. When I ordered I could not see any fries under the heat lamp so thought to myself, "The fries will be fresh and hot!" Boy was I sure wrong. My fries were hiding next to the front wall where I could not see them. Yes, I got stale, lukewarm fries. The drink was fine, although I wish Arby's could carry a diet caffeine free soda of SOME type, some day. The roast beef sandwich was well equipped with roast beef and very warm and juicy. Summary: Staff your Arby's with at least enough people to hand food prep, drive through, front counter, and by all means a fourth person to clean more than just table tops. A well appointed restaurant for fast food with understaffing, and below mediocre food, does not make a good place to eat. I was disappointed and saddened because the potential was present to blow away the competition at the three competitors at the same intersection.

My sandwich was great! But your getting 2 stars because I asked for UNSWEETENED ice tea! I took one long drink and almost choked. I CAN'T drink sweet tea!! If there is ever a question if it sweet or unsweetened. CHECK.
Known for its roast beef and now also a mouse on the sales floor. I got to watch a customer step on a mouse while the employees stared in disbelief and did or said nothing. About 15 minutes later I had to ask about the status of my to go meal. I left angerly and am no longer remotely hungry.
I had to pull over on the freeway and spit it out. This is dangerous for some people.
Please promote Stanley as management! He was very personable and friendly. A dining experience I will never forget!
